Founder Gravity Audit

What you'll know at the end
You'll know some of it already. The audit shows it in full and puts it in order.
What only you are holding.
The work, decisions and client relationships that still wait for you. Each one is ranked by how likely it is to cause a problem, and how much it would matter if it did.
How much of the firm still sits with you.
A starting figure, taken from evidence rather than gut feel.
What to hand over first.
Not everything that matters is ready to move. The audit tells you which things are, and the order to take them in.
How your Score holds up.
Where what you told the Score matches the evidence, and where it doesn't.
How it runs
1
A 30-minute call
We look at your Score together and find the one thing most likely to break if you were away. You leave with a test you can run in the next 30 days, and a straight answer on whether the audit is worth it for your firm. If it is, we fix your debrief date on the call.
2
Your pre-work
The workbooks follow the call. Allow about 2 to 3 hours. They're due back a week before your debrief.
3
Your report arrives first
You get it 48 hours before the debrief, so you come in having read it.
4
Your debrief
60 minutes going through what it found, and what to hand over first.
5
Your final report
Within 3 working days, updated with anything the debrief changed. 8 to 12 A4 pages.
The pace is mostly set by your diary. Most of the time between the call and the debrief is time for you to fill in the workbooks.
What it costs
One fixed price for everything above. It stands on its own and commits you to nothing after it. Any help afterwards is scoped against what the audit found.
Who it's for
It's for you if
You run a firm with people in it, and work still waits for you. Clients ask for you by name, decisions stall when you're out, and things you've handed over find their way back to your desk.
It isn't for you if
You work on your own. The audit looks at what your team can't do without you, so it needs a team to look at.
Why me

I've built and sold three companies, and by the time I sold them they didn't need me. I've also been an on-call firefighter with Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service since 2005, and I'm now in charge of my station. Both taught me the same thing: work out what matters most, deal with that first, and make sure it doesn't depend on one person. The audit applies that to your firm.
See what the audit would find in your firm.
If the audit isn't right for your firm, I'll tell you on the call, and you'll still leave with a test worth running.
