This policy explains what personal information Run Without You collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers runwithoutyou.com, the Founder Gravity Score, the Founder Gravity Map, the Replaceable by Design newsletter, booked calls, and client work.

Who we are

Run Without You Limited ("Run Without You", "we", "us") is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI692915, with our registered office at 8 Osborne Promenade, Warrenpoint, County Down, BT34 3NQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB540949.

What we collect

When you take the Founder Gravity Score: your name, email address, firm name, and your answers, including background details such as your firm's size and revenue band, and the result the Score calculates.

When you download the Founder Gravity Map or subscribe to the newsletter: your name and email address, and whether you open or click our emails.

When you book a call: your name, email address, the answers you give on the booking form, and the time you book. During and after the call, we keep notes on what was discussed.

When you become a client: your contact and billing details, and the information you give us in the audit workbooks and meetings. This is mostly about how your firm operates, but it may include information about the people who work there.

When you visit our website: basic information about your visit, such as the pages viewed, your approximate location and the device you used. Our site uses Framer Analytics and Google Analytics. See "Cookies" below.

We don't ask for special category information, such as health details, and we ask you not to include it in anything you send us.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To send you the Map, the newsletter and related emails. We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

  • To provide your Score result and follow up on it. We rely on your consent when you take the Score, and on our legitimate interest in explaining what your result means and how we could help.

  • To prepare for and hold a call you've booked. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and making the call useful to you.

  • To deliver the audit or other work you've engaged us for, and to invoice for it. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.

  • To keep financial records. We have a legal obligation to keep accounting records.

  • To understand how our website is used and improve it. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a useful website, and on your consent where cookies are involved.

The Score calculates a result from your answers. It's for your information, and no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you automatically.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, who act on our instructions:

  • Framer, which hosts our website

  • Kit, which sends our emails and manages our mailing list

  • ScoreApp, which runs the Founder Gravity Score

  • TidyCal, which handles call bookings

  • Google Workspace, for email and document storage

  • Zoom, for video calls

  • Zoho Books, GoCardless and Stripe, for invoicing and payments

  • Anthropic, whose AI tools we use to help analyse audit workbooks and draft reports. Every report is reviewed by us before you receive it.

  • ContinuityKit, our own software, which holds client audit findings hosted by Laravel Forge

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountant.

International transfers

Some of these providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we make sure there are appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

  • Mailing list and newsletter: until you unsubscribe

  • Score results: 2 years after you take the Score, unless you become a client

  • Booking details and call notes: 2 years after the call, unless you become a client

  • Client records: 7 years after the end of the engagement, to meet our legal and accounting obligations

  • Website analytics: as set by the analytics provider, typically up to 26 months

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you

  • ask us to correct anything that's wrong

  • ask us to delete your information

  • ask us to restrict how we use it

  • object to us using it, including for marketing

  • ask for your information in a portable format

  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Our website uses Framer's analytics, which measures visits without placing tracking cookies on your device.

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. These are only set if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
